Technical assistance for the establishment of a REC in the Municipality of Rovigo

Technical feasibility study based on: consumption, energy requirements and sharing potential of the Municipality of Rovigo, the Province of Rovigo and the local committee of the Italian Red Cross. The project involves citizen participation, with the possibility of expanding the project scope to other primary substations and neighbouring municipalities. Finally, support will be provided in choosing the most effective governance for the establishment of the CER.
